✨ Retrospective templates, easier meeting setup, and clearer follow-up

New

• Find a format for your next retrospective — explore the new template library for sprint reflection, team health, problem solving, and recognition. Search by topic, filter by anonymity, voting, or action items, and sort by recommendations, usage, or name.
• Preview a template before you start — see its board, columns, meeting settings, suggested duration, team size, and how many people have used it. Detailed template pages can also include example cards, facilitation steps, tips, answers to common questions, and a sample follow-up experiment.
• Make the board your own before inviting the team — start with a ready-made template or a blank format, add and reorder columns, edit their names, prompts, and colors, and choose the background and meeting settings in the new retrospective creator.
• Reuse a format from a recent retrospective — select a previous meeting from the recent tab to start with its column structure and settings, with fresh, empty cards and action items.
• Build a shared understanding of story points — use the new guide's examples to compare work, choose reference stories, discuss uncertainty, and recognize when an item needs splitting.
• Create and refine templates with AI — for super administrators — describe the meeting you need in the template editor to draft English and Ukrainian content, columns, and facilitation guidance. Refine the draft in chat, undo the latest AI changes, and review it before saving; AI assistance requires configuration.

• Create meetings without leaving your workspace — open retrospective or Planning Poker setup in a modal from the dashboard and meeting lists, choose the team, and start the session.
• Find the action items that need attention — search the team action board and combine filters for assignees, statuses, and priorities. Group actions by status, priority, or retrospective, and update the assignee, priority, or status directly on an action card.
• Review follow-up during a retrospective — open the team's action board from the retrospective's meeting menu, then return to the current discussion. The menu also makes it easier to open recent retrospectives or create the next one.
• Set up participation more clearly — updated retrospective settings bring voting, anonymity, comments, reactions, and action items together, with clearer controls for the vote limit per person across the board or per column.
• Discover useful resources from the home page — browse recommended guides and retrospective templates and continue straight to the format or advice you need.
• Manage template content in one place — for super administrators — edit both languages, board appearance, and facilitation content with a live board preview; save drafts, preview saved unpublished templates, and control publication from the template editor.

• Understand sign-in and registration errors — email, password, and Google authentication failures now show consistent English or Ukrainian messages that explain what went wrong.
